The TDA Remit for 2008/2009 has placed the delivery of CPD high up on the agenda for school priorities. CPD leadership is now no longer seen as an administrative role, but as a role recognised as fundamental to school improvement. Are you developing your school’s workforce effectively?
This November, our 4th annual CPD Update conference – Effective CPD Leadership: Workforce development for improved teaching and learning, will bring CPD leaders together to get up to speed with national standards of CPD policy and practice in secondary schools. We will be welcoming a variety of CPD experts, practitioners and programme leaders to share their expertise on every area of CPD leadership.
